The left sidebar now uses hover-reveal flyout panels for Billing, WiFi, and Wired categories. Mikrotik remains a direct scroll button. Large accordion sections for those categories have been removed from the main content area.

Mobile-Friendly Layout Feedback Incorporated
Coworker feedback confirmed the new layout is more mobile friendly and organized. Category filter pills now wrap cleanly on small screens. Feed cards stack vertically on mobile without overflow.
Sidebar Flyout Panels Added for Billing, WiFi, Wired
Hover-reveal flyout panels now replace the old large accordion cards for Billing, WiFi, and Wired tool categories. Each panel shows compact icon + title rows with smooth slide-fade animations and gold glow on hover.
Reported Connectivity Issues — East Zone Sites
Multiple east zone sites reporting intermittent connectivity. LibreNMS alerts triggered on 3 nodes. Escalation in progress. Check LibreNMS before making any site-level changes. Do not reboot without confirmation.
Upstream Maintenance Window Scheduled
Upstream provider has scheduled a maintenance window that may affect transit routes. Monitor inbound reports during the window. Notify affected customers proactively using the standard outage script.
Billing Workflow Note — Portal First Policy
Reminder: always attempt the portal payment flow before using any manual billing workaround. If the customer cannot access the portal, follow the approved backup process only. This note has not yet been added to the Billing ISP page.
Suggested: Add Cambium Org Confirmation Step to Scribe
Suggestion to add a step in the WiFi scribe that reminds agents to confirm the correct Cambium org before making any controller-side changes. Prevents misrouted support actions across org boundaries.
WiFi Note — Ruckus VPN Requirement Clarified
VPN must be confirmed active before attempting any Ruckus controller actions. This step was unclear in the previous documentation. Updated note pending addition to the WiFi ISP page.
North Sector Connectivity Outage — Resolved
The north sector connectivity issue reported Apr 2 has been resolved. Root cause identified as a misconfigured switch port. All sites confirmed back online. Post-mortem notes pending.
Mikrotik Instructions Section Isolated in Dashboard
The Mikrotik Instructions block is now the only remaining accordion section in the main dashboard content area. The sidebar Mikrotik button scrolls directly to this section and opens it automatically.
Suggested: Wired Troubleshooting Scribe — LibreNMS First Step
Proposed scribe update: LibreNMS should always be the first tool checked in any wired troubleshooting flow. Status, port visibility, and device health must be confirmed before any reboot or configuration action.
Carrier Rate Card Update — Q2 2026
Carrier has issued updated rate card information for Q2 2026. Review with billing team for any plan pricing adjustments. Relevant billing workflow notes should be updated on the Billing ISP page following review.
Wired Tool Correction — Cisco Switches VPN Note
Corrected wording for the Cisco Switches tool note: VPN must be active before accessing switch management interfaces. The old note was ambiguous about this requirement. ISP page update in progress.
Suggested: Billing Call Scribe — Address Match Clarification
Proposal to add a clear step in the billing call scribe: use the Master Address Match Sheet whenever a service address does not exactly match records in the portal or CRM. Reduces misrouted accounts.
