📶 Router Support
Billing
- Standard Splynx billing.
- ONLY accepts credit and debit cards.
- No bank accounts or ACH.
- You can update the card by logging in as the customer and using the customer portal, or use a different card.
- You can remove the card in Splynx and update it that way.
VPN
- ZeroTier VPN is needed to remote into CPEs.
Managed Routers / Support
- Almost all subscribers have TP-Link routers (Deco or Agile Net).
- A few customers have Aircubes (legacy customers).
Preferred Speed Test Site
- Refer to Special Procedures.
MAC Filtering
- MAC Filtering is enabled.
- Unable to bypass the router, at this time.
Ticketing Info
- Assign to Theresa (Office Manager) for any Billing / Sales / etc.
- Assign Support related tickets to Trevor Ingersoll.
- Call Out Code: 0270.
Special Procedures
- For all slow speed issues:
- Do not encourage customers to run speedtests.
- Focus on the customer’s issue (buffering, website access, web page issues).
- No speedtest with customer. You can run from TAUC if needed.
